Unwanted Goods
If you've received an incorrect item from us, we're happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery. Please return the item in its original, unused condition, along with the original packaging, packing note, and a copy of your invoice (proof of purchase).
Faulty Goods
If your purchased item is found to be faulty, we’ll offer a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the nature of the item and your preference.
Returning by Post
- When returning items, please use the original packaging if possible and ensure the package is securely sealed, as MaxiChoice cannot be responsible for any damage during transit.
- Keep your proof of postage until you receive a confirmation of your refund being processed.
Promotional Items
For returns of items purchased under promotional offers, such as ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ or ‘3 for 2’, all items included in the offer must be returned for a refund to be processed.
Tracking Your Return
Use the pre-paid returns label to track your parcel. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you a confirmation and credit the refunded amount to your account. Please note, some banks may take up to 10 days to show the funds in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within 21 days, contact us for further assistance.
Incorrect Refund Amount
If you believe you've been refunded the incorrect amount, please contact our Customer Services team at support@maxichoice.co.uk, including your order number and the correct refund amount. Make sure to reach out within two weeks of receiving your refund.
